King Living - Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions (Malaysia)

King Living Gift Certificates (“Gift Certificates”) are issued by Meridian Outlook Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) (Company No. 1216613-U), trading as King Living (“King”, “we”, “our” or “us” as the context may require).

We sell Gift Certificates at our complete discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a Gift Certificate redemption or use of a Gift Certificate by any person or entity at any time for any reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The redemption or use of a Gift Certificate means that you have read, accepted and are bound by these terms and conditions in addition to any conditions attached to or stated on the Gift Certificate itself:

1. Gift Certificate is valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
2. Gift Certificate is only redeemable at King Showrooms in the country in which the Gift Certificate was issued. Gift Certificate cannot be used for any online purchases. For a full list of King Showrooms, visit kingliving.my
3. Gift Certificate are partially redeemable and can be used over multiple transactions whilst a balance remains on the Gift Certificate. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases, until exhausted.
4. Balance enquiries can be made by contacting your nearest King Showroom. For a full list of King Showrooms, visit kingliving.my Our general Terms and Conditions of Sale (available at kingliving.my) apply to any purchases made with a gift certificate.
5. Gift Certificate redemption is not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless specified otherwise.
6. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit. The resale of our Gift Certificates is strictly prohibited.
7. Keep your Gift Certificate safe. Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you believe there is a mistaken transaction on your Gift Certificate please contact the King Showroom where the transaction was made.
8. If you have a query or complaint about a Gift Certificate, please raise it through any of our contact channels at kingliving.my.
9. Except for rights which cannot by law be excluded, such as those provided by statute, King excludes any conditions or warranties implied or imposed by legislation in relation to these terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing faulty Gift Certificates.
10. We may cancel any Gift Certificate for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement Gift Certificate of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a Gift Certificate.
11. The Gift Certificate remains the property of King, including all intellectual property rights inherent in the Gift Certificate.
12. We can vary or replace these terms and conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees) by updating the Terms & Conditions available at kingliving.my.
13. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The parties hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
14. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of the Gift Certificate will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and our Privacy Policy (available at kingliving.my).
